Michael Finney is your host for the (2009) "Dry Heat Classic", August 2nd, 3rd and 4th at the Legacy Golf Resort.  Tournament proceeds benefited the Arizona Rotary Gift of Life,  The Michael Finney Foundation and other children's charities.
The Dry Heat Classic is a fun filled three days of golf, dinner, silent/live auctions and a comedy/variety show. Each golf foursome is paired with a nationally known comedian or sports figure.  Previous celebrities included Baseball Hall of Fame's Phil Niekro and Ozzie Smith as well as Football Hall of Fame's Dick Butkus and Ted Hendricks, to name a few.
This is the 13th Annual "Dry Heat Classic" and since it's inception has raised over $700,000 which could not have been possible without all of our past and present participants and sponsors.  Combining comedians, media personalities and sports greats for two days of golf and a dinner hosted by Outback Steakhouse.
Along with the dinner, there will be a live band and a silent auction featuring such great items as autographed memorabilia, vacation packages, gift items and much more.  Don't miss the fun and excitement!
